YTL Communications Sdn Bhd has inked an exclusive agreement with e-commerce platform Shopee Malaysia to deliver a reward scheme called Yes Databack plan under its Yes 4G network.
Offering rewards to subscribers for shopping online, Yes Databack is the fourth pillar under the network’s recently launched Kasi Up plan.
YTL Communications MD Datuk Yeoh Seok Hong said the rapid digitisation of the buying experience this year has required businesses to explore new strategies and exceed expectations in the digital space.
“Our mission to help the nation digitise with the most affordable plans in the market began with the launch of our Kasi Up initiative last week.
“The partnership with Shopee which gives data back to the people as they shop for their daily essentials is a further expression of our Kasi Up philosophy,” he said at the virtual launch yesterday.
The RM1 Kasi Up Prepaid 15 starter SIM pack is available via the official Yes store on Shopee where subscribers will receive 10GB with 30-day validity and free delivery.
The partnership will also see subscribers being rewarded with 5GB of data for every RM50 spent on the platform, with an allocation of up to 100GB every month.
