PKNS aims to clear 27 housing units in 48 hours campaign this weekend

PERBADANAN Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) aims to sell 27 mid-tier and high-end housing units through its 7th series of “48 Hours Must Buy Home” campaign on Dec 19 and 20, worth RM17.3 million in total.

PKNS COO Suhaimi Kasdon said buyers who managed to book the houses within the campaign period will be entitled up to 20% of discount from the retail price.

Additionally, they will also be exempted from Sales and Purchase Agreement fee as well as Memorandum of Transfer stamp duty charge.

Retail price of the houses are ranged from RM440,000 to RM900,000 at multiple locations in Selangor.

“In the previous campaigns, we managed to reached more 90% of oir target and we believe this time would also be accomplished,” he told the press at the media briefing on the campaign in Shah Alam, today.

Minimum booking fee is RM500, depends on the type of the project and its locality.
