Affin Bank Bhd has introduced AffinMax, a new corporate internet banking platform for small and medium enterprise (SME), and its corporate clients.
The bank said in a statement that the platform is fully secured, easy-to-use and offers a one stop access to the bank’s financial products and services, covering cash management, trade finance, SMEs and retail products.
It added that businesses who have signed up for AffinMax will be offered with two extensive banking solutions, namely the AFFINWRKFZ which is a comprehensive business and talent management solution to future proof businesses.
Another solution is known as the AFFIN360, where it is a robust payroll solution which covers business compensation and benefit plans to employees.
Affin Bank president and group CEO Datuk Wan Razly Abdullah Wan Ali said the AffinMax platform comes with a complete suite of cash management solution which integrates with Financial Supply Chain (FSC) module and Liquidity Management System (LMS).
He added this integration allows clients to experience a wide-range of banking solutions within a single platform in carrying out their daily business operation.
“In line with our new identity to be ‘Always About You’, this comprehensive banking solution has been designed to ensure that clients and business owners can always access to the bank’s banking products and services,” he said.
Additionally, Affin Bank also unveiled the AffinMax mobile application which has been designed to help clients in performing their business transactions on-the-go, reaffirming the bank’s commitment in offering a new digital banking experience to all customers.
The mobile application allows clients to have full control and management of their business’s finances in a comprehensive manner, from monitoring cash flows, managing payroll, up to the extent of submitting applications for trade transactions.
In conjunction with the launch, the bank will also be collaborating with its digital partners ranging from fintechs to e-commerce solution providers, to help SMEs digitalise and optimize their businesses during this challenging business environment.
This collaboration is expected to demonstrate the bank’s commitment to grow and connect SMEs to the right digital ecosystem and suitable banking solutions for their financial wants and needs.
