EQ KUALA Lumpur (KL) and Pavilion KL have partnered to create a shopping and staycation offer, Paradise in Pavillion, in conjunction with the holiday season.

In a statement recently, the hotel said the offer is catered for couples and families who want to take a break while enjoying a treat of fashion, dining and urban leisure.

EQ said the exclusive shopping privileges will include a two-way transfer in a BMW 5-, 7- or X5 Series Plug-in Hybrid from EQ to Pavilion with two complimentary glasses of champagne upon arrival at the first participating store visited.

“After the shopping spree, guests may redeem a Christmas gift worth up to RM150 at the Pavilion concierge upon spending RM300 in a single receipt,” EQ said.

Participating brands from the shopping mall include Chloé, Club 21’s brands Giorgio Armani, Mulberry, Paul Smith, and Club 21 Multilabel, as well as IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Manolo Blahnik, Panerai and Swiss Watch Gallery.

“There will also be dining benefits consisting of RM100 vouchers for award-winning Japanese eatery, Kampachi, and renowned Japanese ramen chain, IPPUDO, to be redeemed at the mall.

“Once guests are back at the hotel, there will be special complimentary cocktails or mocktails at Sky51 from 5pm till 7pm, where guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the sunset. The hotel is right in the middle of the city, so the views are amazing,” EQ said.

Meanwhile, EQ also said the hotel is doing everything it can to ensure the level of safety and hygiene are at its best.

Among the initiatives being implemented are rooms to be thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and remain vacant 48 hours before guests check-in.

“Neighbouring rooms will be kept vacant to limit the number of guests staying on each floor and complimentary pocket-size hand sanitisers will be provided in all guest rooms. The health and safety of all guests remain the top priority at EQ.”

“Upon arrival, body temperatures will be checked and guests will be asked to complete a health declaration form with personal contact details and particulars.

“A social distance of at least 1.5m will be maintained between guests through markings on the floor and distanced seating.

“Information on safety and hygiene regulations are also displayed prominently in all areas as reinforcement,” EQ noted.
