Malaysia Airlines partners with 3Sixty to upgrade e-store

Malaysia Airlines Bhd has partnered with 3Sixty, the world’s largest in-flight concessionaire, to enhance the carrier’s retail e-store, Temptations, with seamless integration with its reward programme, Enrich.

The carrier’s group chief marketing and customer experience officer Lau Yin May said the partnership emphasises Malaysia Airlines’ commitment to its customers and to making Enrich a valuable lifestyle reward programme.

3Sixty duty free executive Asia VP Lee Hwee Ming said there has been a 55% increase in traffic since the launch of the upgraded e-store.

Temptations allows Malaysia Airlines’ customers to purchase duty-free items and have them delivered while onboard or at home.
