MET 6 is the latest component of KL Metropolis to begin development with the joint-venture (JV) signing between TTDI KL Metropolis Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, and EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd.
The agreement was signed between Naza TTDI deputy executive chairman and group MD SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin and EXSIM MD Lim Aik Hoe to develop the land plot with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM800 million.
Under the joint development agreement, Ivory Interpoint Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of EXSIM, will be granted the rights on the 0.75ha land to develop a premium service apartment complete with a retail podium where comfort living and convenience meet.
In his opening address, SM Faliq said KL Metropolis is plotted in the blueprints to become a well-balanced development as a paragon of luxury living with a peace of mind in the pulse of the vibrant city, with amenities merely footsteps away.
“With EXSIM’s impressive track record and a vision that complements ours, we are positive that upon its completion, KL Metropolis will become a coveted address for many city dwellers due to its futuristic and socially convenient living space,” he added.
Meanwhile, Lim said: “We are honoured to be part of the development team in KL Metropolis, partnering the pioneers, especially so with Naza TTDI.
“Development planning is in progress and we are confident that Met 6 would be a masterpiece we have ever created, that blends in perfectly into the entire concept of KL Metropolis.”
This is the fourth JV development in KL Metropolis, with the previous three being Hap Seng Land Sdn Bhd for KL Midtown, Triterra for The Met and Nusmetro for Arte MK, all situated around the Mont Kiara area in Kuala Lumpur (KL).
KL Metropolis, a prime master plan development project under Naza TTDI, is a 30.55ha mixed-use development with a GDV of RM20 billion, strategically located just 15 minutes away from the capital and is accessible via major highways including Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway, Sprint, Jalan Kuching and Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim.
The development combines residences, hotels, retail, entertainment attractions and offices, which includes the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre as its nucleus.
