SkyWorld makes affordable living a luxury

The SkyAwani series is the most sought-after affordable homes in the city centre, boasting quality workmanship and facilities

SKYWORLD Development Group has developed SkyAwani 2 with a resort-inspired theme under Residensi Wilayah, an affordable housing programme.

SkyAwani 2 Residences boasts 708 units of residences which were fully sold within six months of its launch. It is targeted to achieve above 70% QLASSIC rating, a system and method used by the Construction Industry Development Board to assess and evaluate the quality of building workmanship based on the industry standards in Malaysia.

This system was established to objectively compare the quality of workmanship through a series of stringent scoring systems.

Skyworld COO Lee Chee Seng said SkyAwani 2 Residences has been completed ahead of schedule and is ready to be handed over to its owners.

“In fact, we have notified all our purchasers about this good news and my team is on standby to receive them.

“We believe our purchasers will be very happy and impressed with the facilities and quality workmanship,” he added.

This development has also garnered the CSR Excellence Award by Sin Chew Business Excellence Award, Best RUMAWIP project by the Federal Territories Ministry and the Best Starter Home presented by

“Today, we have invited our business associates to let them discover for themselves why the SkyAwani series is the most sought-after affordable homes in Kuala Lumpur (KL).

“Many were surprised to see what we have delivered to our buyers for a price tag of RM300,000. SkyAwani 2 is a strong evidence of SkyWorld’s ongoing endeavour in delivering a good mix of projects centred around our three key strengths namely value creation, integrated sky living experience and innovative concepts,” Lee said.

SkyAwani 2, situated at Off Jalan Ipoh, is seated on a 1.13ha of leasehold land, with a total estimated gross development value (GDV) of over RM250 million.

Its facilities include infinity lap pool, floating gym, multi-purpose hall completed with interior design, reflective pool, sunken jacuzzi and many more.

To date, SkyWorld has launched close to 4,400 units of residences under its Awani series and all units are fully sold.

Meanwhile, the new tower of SkyAwani 4 Residences is now open for sale. This project is located 5km away from the KL City Centre and is accessible via major highways like Duke, MRR2 and Jalan Genting Klang.

SkyAwani 4 Residences is fronting a 0.4ha park with jogging track, cycling track and blossom park.

With a total GDV of over RM534 million, it features three towers of 55 storeys consisting of 1,782 units of residences. All units come with a practical layout of 74.3 sq m, three bedrooms and two bathrooms at a fixed price of RM300,000.
