MAH Sing Group Bhd has launched M Luna, its second residential development in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
M Luna is located 5km from Lakeville Residence in Taman Wahyu, Batu Caves, one of Mah Sing’s matured residential developments which has performed well with its six residential towers recording a 99% take-up rate to date.
Mah Sing CEO Datuk Ho Hon Sang said the property group will continue to focus on affordability, sustainability and quality to meet the affordable housing needs of the nation.
“M Luna is one of our many projects that are designed to be affordable without compromising its quality.
“With the strategic pricing points backed by attractive amenities, M Luna caters to first-time home-buyers, home upgraders, working professionals as well as young couples and young families,” he said at the launch recently.
M Luna is the property developer’s second project following its 2019 land acquisition trail with first being M Oscar located off Kuchai Lama in Kuala Lumpur.
Sitting on 5.47 acres (2.21ha) of land with an estimated gross development value of RM705 million, M Luna will have residential apartments with two- to four-bedroom layouts with the most affordable units priced from RM385,000.
Kepong is an ideal location for home-seekers, said Malaysia’s Special Envoy to China, Tan Kok Wai who also attended the launch.
“Kepong is a strategic location with easy access to highway connectivity and ready amenities as it straddles between various surrounding matured neighbourhoods such as Selayang, Segambut and Sentul.
“I understand the Ministry of Housing and Local Government has noted there are no plans to build an incinerator in the Kepong area and thus, this would serve as an impetuous to propel Kepong to remain attractive for future homeowners,” he added.
Located strategically near the Forest Research Institute Malaysia and adjacent to the Kepong Metropolitan Park, M Luna will enable homeowners to experience the amazing Bukit Lagong Forest Reserve view.
It is near various public transport infrastructures; just 4km from the Taman Wahyu KTM Station and 3.3km to the upcoming Metro Prima Mass Rapid Transit Line 2 Station.
Additionally, there are plans for an upcoming proposed infrastructure improvement within the vicinity which includes the construction of a road and two interchanges connecting Jalan Kepong to Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).
It is also connected to the North-South Expressway via MRR2, which provides convenience to buyers who frequently travel using the highway.
