MAH Sing Group Bhd officially launched M Oscar with the grand opening of its sales gallery in tandem with its 25th anniversary as Malaysia’s leading property developer.
Mah Sing CEO Datuk Ho Hon Sang said affordability has always been the focus in homeownership. “We are committed to roll-out affordably priced products of good quality as 81% of our full-year target sales for 2019 is from residential properties below RM700,000,” he said.
Ho also said the company’s Home Ownership Campaign was well- received from buyers since its launch in March.
“Buyers get to save a couple of thousands from their budget depending on the property that they wish to acquire. We have achieved a sales value of RM800 million, so we are very positive of achieving our target this year,” he told The Malaysian Reserve.
Also present during the event were Mah Sing’s founder and group MD Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum, group strategy and operations director Lionel Leong and the group’s senior management.
The occasion was officiated by Malaysia’s Special Envoy to China Tan Kok Wai, who said Mah Sing has always been an innovative and responsible developer.
“They are committed to building affordably priced quality homes to support the government’s effort in promoting homeownership.
“Their projects are always built at strategic locations which are beneficial to the local communities as this provides them a chance to secure their ideal home,” he said at the event.
M Oscar is the first project from Mah Sing’s 2019 land acquisition trail. The group has sold over 41,000 units and will continue to roll-out products that fit the market’s current needs and demand.
Mah Sing invites the public to its sales launch at the M Oscar Sales Gallery on Oct 5 and Oct 6.
M Oscar’s sales gallery is located at the lower ground of Seri Gembira Avenue, 1.25km from the actual project site. The sales gallery features two fully furnished show units with two and three bedrooms respectively.
Early-bird buyers enjoy incentives when they secure an M Oscar unit. The project embodies three key concepts, which are the Canyons, Stars and Water, being incorporated in the form of the grand entrance, star-lit podium and meandering stream at the podium deck.
