MAH Sing Group Bhd’s second affordable residential development in Sentul, M Arisa, is currently open for registration.
The show units are planned for preview from Sept 21, 2019.
M Arisa is a freehold residence located in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, next to Mah Sing’s previous project in Sentul, M Centura, which saw over 90% take-up rate to date.
The development is expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2019 and is targeted for completion over a span of four years.
The opening of registration of interest exercise is in conjunction with the mid-autumn festival whereby plenty of family-friendly activities — such as mooncake giveaway, Snap and Win, and Lantern Guessing competition, as well as various other interesting workshops and activities — will take place.
Additionally, local snacks will also be available to all visitors.
The event will be held on Sept 21 and 22, 2019, from 11am to 5pm at M Arisa’s sales gallery in Sentul.
M Arisa, which sits on 3.31 acres (1.34ha) of land, will have an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM656 million.
The most affordable units would have an indicative built-up from 550 sq ft and indicative starting price from RM299,000.
Interested buyers could visit m-arisa.com.my and register online to receive the latest update on M Arisa — which is designed as a contemporary and quality lifestyle residence, the ideal choice for future home seekers as it is priced within the affordability range.
Mah Sing’s founder and group MD Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said: “The opening of registration of interest exercise for M Arisa augurs well for our growth strategy, which is to provide affordably priced products of good quality in strategic locations with attractive lifestyle amenities within matured neighbourhoods with ready infrastructures.
“One of the key selling points for M Arisa is that it will feature Sentul’s very first multilevel Sky Garden that will definitely enhance the lives of future residents. This is our second development in Sentul following our previous successful project within the vicinity, M Centura, which saw an overwhelming response from the buyers — recording over 90% take-up rate to date.
“Thus, we are confident that M Arisa will be well received in the market driven by its attractive pricing points, coupled with our strong track record and brand presence.”
With prices starting from RM299,000 as well as lifestyle amenities and infrastructure — and based on population analysis and market survey — M Arisa is targeted mainly for first-time homebuyers and upgraders, as well as young families.
Aimed at enhancing the lives of the community living within, M Arisa will be well equipped with various green features — such as centralised garbage disposal system, rainwater harvesting system, electric-vehicle charging station, and multi-level gardens, as well as other lifestyle features like a 50m Olympic-length pool, co-working spaces and games room, and a floating gym.
M Arisa will enable its residents to enjoy a contemporary and modern lifestyle in a good location as it is only 5km from the city centre, 8km away from Mont Kiara and merely 7km from the Malaysia External Trade Development Corp Exhibition and Convention Centre.
Residents will be able to have good accessibility via various highways and trunk roads such as the Duke Highway (1.5km) and Middle Ring Road 2 (4.3km).
M Arisa also provides direct shuttle bus service to the nearest light rail transit (LRT) and mass rapid transit stations. Nearby public transportation infrastructure include Sentul Timur LRT Station (2.4km away), as well as three Keretapi Tanah Melayu stations which are Sentul, Kampung Baru and Batu Kentonmen, around 2.5km-3.5km away.
The land is surrounded by various public schools including the SMK Batu Muda, SMK La Salle Sentul, SJK (C) Sentul, Wesley Methodist School and Sentul Tamil Primary School.
Residents will also be able to have strategic access to shopping malls and commercial areas such as the Maxim Citylights, Tesco Extra, Giant Hypermarket, Sunway Putra Mall and Publika.
Nearby hospitals include the KPJ Tawakkal Hospital, Sentul Medical Centre and Hospital Kuala Lumpur.
