Malaysia Airports Holding Berhad (MAHB) has announced that a total of 20 departing flights at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Main terminal were delayed after a temporary systems disruption.
In a statement released by Malaysia Airports, its technical team is now in the midst of stabilising the critical passenger-facing systems, as all the relevant stakeholders have been briefed on the latest updates and mitigation plans.
“While the systems are being stabilised, we have deployed about 500 staff to assist passengers on the ground,” it said.
Passengers are advised to follow up on the respective airlines’ mobile app, website and social media to get the latest updates on the situation.
