SK MAGIC’S new all-in-one Jik Soo Rich ice water purifier intends to provide pure water that is full of minerals and free from all contamination for Malaysians.
The Jik Soo Rich takes water purifier to the next level with its innovative nanotechnology filtration system and fully stainless-steel water passages that filter out viruses, microorganisms and heavy metals, while allowing essential minerals to pass through.
SK Magic Malaysia MD Park Nam-su said although Malaysians are conscious about their daily water consumption, there are still many of them who are not mindful of the benefits of drinking clean water.
He added that the new ice-water purifier leverages the proven Jik Soo technology, which gives the customers the assurance of clean drinking water and ice cubes.
“We have incorporated double ultraviolet care into the system and the water tap is sterilised automatically every two hours for 10 minutes, while the ice storage is sterilised twice a day for three hours.
“Apart from meeting the requirement of drinking water in Malaysia Food Act, we also decided to take it a step further and tested it against certain bacteria such as E coli and Salmonella to give the assurance to our customers,” he said at the launch of Jik Soo Rich yesterday.
Park also said SK Magic’s filtration system has undergone the MyTest* water testing and dialysis water analysis, meeting 60 test requirements to ensure that the filtered water produced is optimal in the Malaysian environment.
He added that the company will replace nine major parts of the water purifier every year, which is something that is not seen before in the Malaysian market.
Launched all the way from Korea, Jik Soo Rich comes with seven different water temperature settings and produces two different sizes of crystal-clear ice cubes instantly.
The water purifier is designed to provide convenience with magnetic dip tray which allows containers of all sizes to be filled up completely, and smart moving tap which caters to cup of different heights, avoiding spillage and splattering of water onto the product.
Being the slimmest ice-water purifier in Korea, the Jik Soo technology also reduces power consumption significantly at a low 530Wh daily.
According to Park, the company has been taking bold steps to bring quality water and quality life for Malaysians ever since they came into the market last year.
“This shows that SK Magic is having a significant growth in the Malaysian market and we will be able to satisfy the needs of our customers through Jik Soo Rich, especially when there is a demand for quality water purifiers in the market.
“People should live a better live and we are confident in delivering a solution to an everyday problem that affects our health and wellbeing,” he said.
