OVER 1,000 visitors attended MRCB Land Sdn Bhd’s two-day event, Carnival Fun-Tasia, at its newly completed mixed-use development VIVO Residences and SOHO at 9 Seputeh.

MRCB Land CEO Raymond Cheah said the event was part of its customer engagement initiative in conjunction with the development’s completion.

“It is our way to express our gratitude, as well as a great opportunity for us to bond and engage with our customers.

“Very soon, we will be opening VIVO Signature Retail. These are the components of 9 Seputeh’s Phase 1 development,” he said.

The Old Klang Road-New Pantai Expressway elevated link bridge spanning 1.7km located within 9 Seputeh is expected to enhance connectivity to the primary road networks for communities of Pantai Dalam, Kampung Kerinchi, Taman Bukit Angkasa and PPR Sri Pantai.

It is also an alternative route for those heading to Bangsar, Petaling Jaya, Klang and Subang from the Old Klang Road.

Cheah added that 9 Seputeh is set to raise the bar as the epicentre of renewed excitement to the vicinity, while towering over the Old Klang Road. The event’s key highlight was the unveiling of the VIP customer loyalty programme, which will reward property owners with exclusive privileges like retail discounts, property promotions and event invitations.

Kicked off with performances by local artists, the two-day event featured various games like Skee Ball, Snooke Ball, Tic 3 Tac Toe and Balloon Dart which were popular among the children, as they were able to take home a variety of prizes.

They also enjoyed complimentary rides on the beam e-scooters, on which they explored the Promenade Boulevard.

The boulevard spans across a piece of 1.2ha land, equipped with modern park facilities, which targets to foster good communities and healthy living.

Continuous enhancement and improvement will be done to the Promenade Boulevard in phases, whereby Phase 2 of the enhancement will see local food and beverage kiosks, bazaars, local artistes and performers assemble to attract locals to 9 Seputeh and VIVO Signature Retail, turning it into a must-visit destination.

The Malaysia Book of Records’ largest animal coin bank monument is also placed at 9 Seputeh to raise funds during the carnival.

The collection will be channelled to the needy via MRCB Foudation, which will match every ringgit that is raised.
