SUNWAY Property, the property arm of Sunway Group has recorded a take-up rate of 80% for the first tower of its integrated and freehold Sunway Avila development in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur (KL).
Sunway Bhd property development division central region ED Chong Sau Min said the overwhelming response is attributable to the project’s affordable price along with various facilities and amenities that are offered on site.
The RM590 million development project will have 810 residential units with 30 retail shops and is connected to the nearby Sri Rampai LRT (light rail transit) station via a covered walkway.
“Sunway Avila comes with functional and practical layouts for families, and is a great selection for people who work in the KL City Centre and commute via the LRT,” Chong said.
“Facilities such as the poolside cabana, outdoor yoga deck, basketball court, sky terrace and olympic length infinity pool offer residents great opportunities to enjoy a healthy lifestyle outdoors and enjoy the green surroundings that the increasingly popular Wangsa Maju is famed for,” he said.
The residential units will be offered from RM439,000 (early bird promotion) with build-up spaces from 732 sq ft to 1,227 sq ft. The project is targeted to be completed in 2023.
Sunway Avila is one of the three upcoming projects by Sunway Property. Other projects are at the Jalan Belfield in KL and the Sunway Valley City in Penang.
