Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, has been awarded a RM155 million contract by HCK Capital Group Bhd’s subsidiary, Aspen Entity Sdn Bhd, for the construction of the main building for a proposed development project in Cyberjaya, Selangor.

The contract covers the construction of main building for the proposed project comprising of two block of service suites of 11-storey each on top of a five-level car park podium and two-levels of common area and facilities; and one block of 25-storey service suites on top of a five-level car park podium and two-level of common area and facilities.

The work is expected to commence on Mar 1, 2019 and will take 24 months to complete, Kerjajaya noted in an exchange filing yesterday.

This is Kerjaya’s first contract award for 2019 and takes the group’s total outstanding order book to RM3.1 billion.
