Eversendai Corp Bhd’s subsidiaries, Eversendai Engineering Pte Ltd Singapore, Eversendai Construction Pte Ltd India and Eversendai Engineering Qatar WLL, have bagged projects worth a total RM406 million in Singapore, India and Qatar respectively.
In an exchange filing yesterday, the structural steel specialist noted that the project in Singapore was awarded by Sato Kogyo (S) Pte Ltd, comprises the erection of a new hi-tech data processing and computing facility.
The project in India was awarded by Larsen & Toubro Ltd in Chennai, comprises connection design, supply, fabrication, painting and erection of structural steel diagrid and floor beams for APCRDA Office Building (HOD Towers 3 and 4) at Amarawati, Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.
The project in Qatar was an award from AG Middle East which comprises engineering, connection design, fabrication, painting supply and installation of structural steel works for Lusail Expressway Al Wahda Arch.
Eversendai executive chairman and group MD Tan Sri AK Nathan ( recognises the business environment has to be managed according to current trends and global economic cycles.
“Our strict adherence to safety, quality and timely completions of entrusted projects have greatly contributed to our progressive growth,” he said.
Eversendai’s core business tenderbook stands at RM10 billion with a RM2.5 billion orderbook.
