MMC Corp Bhd and Gamuda Bhd said MMC-Gamuda Joint Venture Sdn Bhd has been served with tha notice of intention to commence arbitration proceedings by Emrail sdn Bhd on Oct 25, 2018.

 

Both MMC Corp and Gamuda each told Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the notice is premised on Emrail’s alleged dispute and differences arising out of the conditions of contract dated Dec 23, 2010 for the construction, completion, testing, commissioning and maintenance of track works for the electrified double track project between Ipoh, Perak and Padang Besar, Perlis. MMC-Gamuda is seeking advice from its solicitors.
