DNeX secures service contract worth RM20.80m

Dagang NeXchange Bhd’s (DNeX) 80%-owned subsidiary, DNeX Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd, has entered into a service contract with Hess Exploration and Production Malaysia B.V. for the provision of solid expandable tubulars for North Malay Basin worth up to RM20.80 million.
 
In an exchange filing yesterday, DNeX noted the scope of work includes the supply of solid expandable tubular(s) and system(s) and consumable materials, tubular and system maintenance, personnel and management, engineering, supervision and labor at onshore and offshore locations, and associated services to support Hess’ Phase 1 and Phase 2 operations for the Bergading Deep development wells. There are expected to be 11 development wells.
 
The term of the contract shall be effective as the date of the letter of award issued, and shall for a primary period of one year.
