FGV Holdings Bhd has appointed its head of group finance division Aznur Kama Azmir as the acting group CFO, following the resignation of Ahmad Tifli Datuk Mohd Talha last week. In an exchange filing yesterday, FGV noted the Special Board Committee shall continue to perform the functions of the group president/CEO.
