October 8th, 2018 – Golden Land Berhad has officially appointed experienced real estate and asset consultancy Henry Butcher Real Estate Sdn Bhd to oversee and drive marketing activity for its up-and-coming Anggun project at Setia Alam in the district of Petaling, Selangor.
The project, encompassing serviced residential units as well as a commercial component, will take shape on 3.59 acres of freehold land in the vibrant and matured vicinity, which sits at the gateway to the important port town of Klang.
Earmarked for official launch by the end of the first quarter next year, Anggun is a high-rise project that offers 500 serviced apartment units within a meticulously landscaped setting that is designed to appeal to the five senses as well as the rising lifestyle aspirations of today’s home seekers. In fact, 20% of the total land area has been dedicated to landscaping, doubling the standard requirement of 10%.
According to Golden Land’s Chief Operating Officer Ng Heng Phai, the new project hopes to raise the bar for high-rise living standards in the locale with a strong focus on design, quality, comfort and by creating the right ambience that will bring a sense of fulfilment to dwellers. This, he said, is part of Golden Land’s core philosophy of applying the element of “CARE” in all that it does.

As the exclusive marketing agent for the project, Tang said Henry Butcher will be tasked with driving the pricing, sales and promotional strategies as well as overseeing promotional activities for the project.
Also engaged in attending enquiries on the project, Henry Butcher noted that there is already some early buzz being generated by Anggun, as lifestyle prospectors are keen to find out more about better living options and higher lifestyle standards that are being made available in the Bukit Raja vicinity.
From this perspective, Ng said Golden Land too is equally keen about sharing the promise of Anggun and how it proposes to bring an enriched living experience to the area.
“It is still early days, but I can say that in conceptualising Anggun, we paid a lot of attention to ways we could elevate living standards by making it an enriching experience. The serviced apartment units at Anggun are tentatively priced within the RM270,00 to RM885,000 range, offering a variety of layouts that come in built-ups of between 560sq ft and 1,227sq ft. Also available are a limited number of dual-key concept units.
Ng said that Anggun will primarily target medium income home seekers, but the variety of units on offer will also appeal to first home buyers, upgraders and even empty nesters looking for convenience and better security.
Located along the Persiaran Mokhtar Dahari stretch, future buyers will also appreciate the easy access the site offers to the NKVE, Federal Highway, Jalan Klang and Jalan Meru, while the soon-to-be-completed D.A.S.H highway access nearby will further enhance connectivity.
Anggun will be the first Klang Valley project for Golden Land, which is currently busy with its ongoing award-winning Golden Gateway project in Batu Kawan, Penang.
The public-listed company has only recently expanded into the property arena, having enjoyed 36 years of success in the plantation industry.
