Deleum Bhd’s subsidiaries have been awarded two contracts by Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd under the Integrated Corrosion Solution Segment and a new contract by Sarawak Shell Berhad (SSB), Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Limited (SSPC) under the Oilfield Services Segment respectively.

The value of the contracts depend on the agreed rates and the work order issued by customers for the duration of the contracts Deleum noted in an exchange filing yesterday.

Deleum’s 60%-owned subsidiary, Deleum Primera Sdn Bhd, has received a contract for the provision of alternative blasting and painting services from Sept 5, 2018 to Sept 4, 2021, as well as a contract for the provision of riser corrosion prevention system and maintenance services from July 4, 2018 to July 3, 2021.

Both contracts from Carigali are with one year extension option. Its other wholly-owned subsidiary, Deleum Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd, has received a contract on the provision of slickline equipment and services for from Aug 27, 2018 to Aug 26, 2021, with one extension option of two years.
