FOLLOWING PROCEDURE: The Malaysian govt's seizure of the RM1b luxury yacht Equanimity - which was allegedly purchased using money stolen from 1Malaysia Development Bhd - is legal, said Attorney General (AG) Tommy Thomas. The High Court of Kuala Lumpur had issued a warrant for the yacht on Monday following the AG Office's filing of admiralty jurisdiction over the Equanimity.
