Inta Bina Group Bhd has secured a construction management job worth RM57.7 million for a property development in Shah Alam, Selangor.

The building contractor told Bursa Malaysia yesterday the contract was secured by wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd (IBSB) from ONG & ONG 360 Consultancy Sdn Bhd.

IBSB has been appointed as the main contractor for the proposal to construct 104 Semi-D units, a community centre and a guard house on PT 39542, Seksyen U13, Shah Alam for Eco Ardence Sdn Bhd.

The contract includes superstructure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works, and is expected to commence from April 30, 2018 for a period of 18 months.

The project will be funded via internally generated funds and external borrowings, Inta Bina added.
