UEM Sunrise’s “Signature Selection : Road to Russia 2018” top three winners of the grand finale lucky draw with Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of UEM Sunrise at the showcase of ‘Ola Bola The Musical”.

KUALA LUMPUR, 12 March 2018 – UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise” or the “Company”), one of Malaysia’s top property developers concluded its special sales campaign “Signature Selection : Road to Russia 2018” with a grand finale lucky draw at the showcase of ‘Ola Bola The Musical’ in Istana Budaya, Kuala Lumpur on 10 March 2018.

More than 1,000 guests, including revered Trésorians – the exclusive UEM Sunrise privileged cardholders for loyal purchasers – who participated in the sales campaign, attended the live musical performance of ‘Ola Bola The Musical’ before the grand finale lucky draw took place. The elegant cultural hub was filled with excitement as UEM Sunrise’s representatives walked up the stage to begin the lucky draw session.

55 winners walked away with luxurious prizes worth more than RM1 million including top three prizes of 7D/6N trips to catch the finals of the FIFA World Cup 2018 in Moscow, Russia. One of the top winners, Ho Heng Mun, 35, a businessman from Petaling Jaya, said he was very excited in winning the lucky draw prize and was looking forward to watching the Finals.

When asked about how he felt on the winning, Ho said, “I was very nervous yet excited about the whole event. When my name was called, it was unbelievable at first. It would be an amazing experience to be watching the Finals ‘live’ in Moscow, Russia and I am going to enjoy the trip tremendously. The “Signature Selection : Road to Russia 2018” sales campaign which ran from 15 August to 30 November 2017 was part of UEM Sunrise’s overarching placemaking initiative to illustrate the Company’s overall aspiration to be a creative place maker and aimed at providing the purchasers with the opportunity to own their dream homes in vibrant communities. It saw 502 property units in the Central and Southern regions successfully sold with a total sales value of RM588 million.

The sales campaign featured an array of exclusive properties across highly sought-after locations in Cyberjaya and Bangi, Selangor; Mont’Kiara, Kuala Lumpur; and Iskandar Puteri, Johor that offered attractive discounts and special price packages. ‘Ola-Bola The Musical’ was a story of unity, determination and brotherhood, inspired by true events of the Malaysian football team’s journey to the 1980 Olympics in Moscow, and adapted from the 2016 box-office hit movie, Ola Bola.
