Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has acquired Setia Haruman Technology Sdn Bhd (SHTech) for RM28.0 million from Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd.

TNB noted in an exchange filing yesterday the acquisition will be funded with internal funds and SHTech offers an opportunity to tap into various services such as Smart Meters, Smart Homes, Smart Building, Smart Industries and Smart Cities inline with its Reimagining TNB initiative introduced in Nov 2016.
