TDM Bhd narrowed its net loss by 88.6% year-on-year (YoY) to RM2.62 million for the fourth quarter (4Q) ended Dec 31, 2017, due to higher earnings from its oil palm plantation division, which benefitted from higher palm kernel prices and production.
The plantation company, however, saw its revenue slipping by 3.2% YoY to RM121.15 million owing to the decline in palm product selling prices, which was offset by higher crop production and healthcare revenue.
