Baker Tilly Malaysia has appointed Andrew Heng (picture) as its group managing partner, coinciding with the group’s 40th anniversary this year.
The announcement was made by Baker Tilly Malaysia executive chairman Datuk Heng Ji Keng. The appointment marked the next stage of the group’s expansion, according to a statement from the company.
“We want to arm ourselves with the capacity to provide the best working culture and meaningful opportunities for every staff to thrive and share in the success of the firm as a family, and propel ourselves to being one of the largest firms in Malaysia,” said Ji Keng.
Baker Tilly International is a network of independently owned and managed accountancy and business advisory firms which boasts some 33,600 people in 147 locations.
