Sapura Energy wins contracts worth RM905m

Sapura Energy Bhd’s two wholly owned subsidiaries have secured multiple contracts worth a total of RM905 million, according to the oil and gas company’s exchange filing yesterday.

Three contracts were secured by subsidiary, Sapura Fabrication Sdn Bhd, and two by Sapura Offshore Sdn Bhd.

Sapura Fabrication will be undertaking engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) provision of Kinarut ERB West Compressor upgrading project and minor EPCC works on Bokor Betty Brownfield and Rejuvenation project for client Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd.

It will also do EPCC plus installation services in the North Malay Basin for Hess Exploration and Production Malaysia BV.

Sapura Offshore’s contracts are for offshore/onshore pipeline and terminal works for Fifth Oil Berth project by Mumbai Port Trust, and a transportation and installation provision for Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd.
