Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd (PMJ), has been selected as the contractor by Putrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd for the main building works at Precinct 17, Putrajaya.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the construction company noted the contract will require PMJ to construct 404 units for 1Malaysia Civil Servants Housing Project (PPA1M), inclusive of one block of multi-level parking, one surau and common facilities.
The contract is worth RM103.05 million and will commence on Jan 15, 2018, for a duration of 36 months.
In September 2017, PMJ had secured two construction contracts worth a total RM377.45 million.
In an exchange filing then, the property and construction concern noted the main contract was for the construction and subsequent completion of an academic building and car park for a higher learning institution in Kuala Lumpur.
It is to be completed by September 2019.
Mitrajaya also noted PMJ secured a RM43.91 million contract to build three blocks of apartment residences, comprising 338 units and amenities at Kota Warisan, Sepang, under the Rumah Selangorku scheme.
The contract is for a three-year period and is slated for completion in August 2020.
