Dialog Group Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Langsat Terminal (Three) Sdn Bhd (LGT 3), has entered into agreements with Johor Corp to lease and sell land and tank facilities for RM62 million and RM91 million respectively.

LGT 3 entered into a lease agreement with Johor Corp to lease two land parcels in Tanjung Langsat, Johor, for 30 years for a total lease rental of RM62 million.

The Plot A measures 7.3ha, while Plot B measures 6.9ha. In the meantime, LGT 3 inked a sale of facilities agreement with Johor Corp for the purchase of a tank terminal facility located on Plot A for RM91 million.

The proposed transactions will allow Dialog Terminals Sdn Bhd — a wholly owned unit of Dialog Group and also LGT 3’s parent — to expand its tank terminal storage capacity and operations in Tanjung Langsat.
