The State Development Corp of Selangor’s (PKNS) premium residential development “10 Residensi” in Shah Alam, Selangor, was snapped up within one hour after its official launch recently.

The project, which comprises 10 units of exclusive homes and built on a 1.26-acre (0.5ha) site in Seksyen 17, Shah Alam, is expected to be completed early next year.

PKNS corporate communication manager Ishak Hashim said the project had received an overwhelming response and all units had been sold within the first 60 minutes of the launch.

“The prices offered from RM1.2 million are attractive based on the design and the matured location. Besides, it has a strategic road access, among them, the Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway, the Federal Highway, the Shah Alam Expressway and the North-South Expressway Central Link,” he said in a statement yesterday.

The project is also close to other amenities like i-City, Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam, AEON Shah Alam in Sekyen 13, among others Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz mosque, Universiti Teknologi Mara, INTEC Education College, Hospital Columbia Asia, and KPJ Specialist Hospital, among others.

The cluster semi-detached 10 Residensi offers 4+1 bedrooms and four bathrooms with floor sizes that start from 2,963.84 sq ft for an intermediate unit.
