Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd recorded a 33.8% jump in net pro t to RM32.9 million for the second-quarter (2Q) ended June 30, 2017, from RM24.58 million reported in the previous corresponding period.
In a filing to Bursa yesterday, its revenue stood at RM240.2 million while earnings per share stood at 6.42 sen.
The company noted the increase in revenue was mainly attributed to its construction segment, which has
a substantial orderbook comprising projects awarded by premium property developers in Malaysia.
Quarter revenue stood at RM240.2 million. It added that its maiden property project, Vista Residences, has also recorded encouraging result with a take-up rate of 71% on higher development progress. Kerjaya Prospek has also adopted dividend policy of paying an annual dividend of not less than 25% of its net profit.
