Media Prima Bhd has announced the appointment of Datuk Seri Amrin Awaluddin as  Executive Director, effective Aug 1. 

Prior to the appointment, he was the Managing Director of the company.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, Media Prima also announced the appointments of Datuk Kamal Khalid as the new Managing Director and Farnida Ngah as Chief Financial Officer of Media Prima, both effective Aug 2.

On Thursday, Media Prima announced the appointment of  the former independent director of the integrated media company, Tan Sri Ismee Ismail, 52,  as the new Chairman, effective Aug 1. – BERNAMA
