Tradewinds Corp Bhd’s shares will be delisted from Bursa Malaysia effective this Thursday, Sept 26, 2013, the plantations company said in an exchange filing yesterday. Tradewinds will be privatised via a selective capital reduction and repayment exercise with its entitled shareholders agreeing to receive a total capital repayment of RM347 million or RM1.10 per share.
